The House of Weapons is the primary source of weapons and armor in Jirinaar. The proprietor an older Iskai named Snird, a passionate smith of weapons and armor. He has light brown fur and grey whiskers and hair, which he wears long. He loves to make things with his hands, especially when he is working with something as valuable as metal. He uses metal he buys from the Umajo or that he finds on the surface, insignificant pieces from the Goddess’ body, which is converted into shining treasures. While metal is only rarely found on the surface he would not risk the Goddess’s wrath buy burrowing the earth. He is fascinated by sky metal; when metal falls out of the heavens but is not burned up in the air before it hits the ground, it often contains very powerful metals. It is the highest honor for him to forge this metal, the Dji-Kas then imbue such objects with special powers.
